The Jumper movie looks like it is based on a title by … – there’s nothing left of the original novel, if I’m recalling it correctly.
The Jumper movie changes things a lot, but I think the author is OK with it. At least, he wrote a prequel novel establishing one of the new characters, who was added to make the story more cinematic…
I’m not hugely encouraged by the trailers, but I probably will go see the movie, because I like the book.
