As a test of it’s usefulness, I’m going to attempt to live-blog at least part of the Giants same. So, let’s see how this works…

The Giants score on their first posses, on, after Dallas missed a FG. Guess Vanderjagt doesn’t look so bed…

Wacky play – INT by Romo, followed by a fumble. Kiwanuka just can’t catch a break. Still, you can’t drop that ball.

Dallas TD, after a weak pass interference call. So much for the shut-out…

More below :

So far, so good. The hand writing recognition i5 surprisingly good, but it occasionally does weird stuff.

And now we have 3rd and 15… This is the Giant offense we know and, um, love ?

Shockey drops a pass that hit him right in the hands. Nice work.

I’m listening to the radio call, as usual, Even Dick Lynch can’t find anything good to say about Shockey on that play.

Tip for NY : Owens is good. Cover him. Thank you.

End of first quarter. 7-7.

Interception! will Demps manages not to drop it.

Third-down pass to Schockey. Manning and Romo seem to have exchanged brains before the game.

There’s the lousy pass we expect from Eli. And now, the obvious throw to Bnrress…

Bob Poppa: Manning threw the jump ban for Burress.

Lynch: That’s his style.

Drive stalls after a knucklehead false hustle play by Plaxico. Nice paint, though

I’m leaving OCR errors in, btw.

Nice tackle by Mc Quarters. Wayyy too much time for Romo to pass. H IT HIM, damn you.

Dallas forced to plant. OCR doesn’t like “punt” in My normal handwriting. Some genius from Dallas hits the tastefully named Chad Morton after the fair catch.

Manning looks fairly sharp so far. Not much running room for Ti k; Barber, though.

There’s a ten-second delay between the tv and the radio call so I get to see the gimmick play to Barber before they explain what went on.

And there’s the drive killing penalty. False start, oat of FG range. Thanks, hockey.

Preliminary verdict: blogging by hand is a pain in the ass.

Another false Start. 3rd and 20. Nice pass to Tyree, but just short. fourth and inches.

Jacobs tackled for a loss. Turnover. Could the play call be more obvious? Or dumber?

So, “Rocky Balboa”: who is the idiot behind this travesty?

Dallas takes over on downs. Want to bet they score?

Dumbb penalty by Terry Glenn. Draw play, stuffed. Can Dallas get close enough for Grammatica to kick? Of course. Big run off the left side, while all the Giant, looked for a pass. Idiots.

Romo manages to burn most of the clock looking for a receiver, but Grammatica hits the FG. 10-7, Dallas at the half.

That’s enough of this experiment, I think.

I have a tablet PC that I am borrowing from work to see if I like the way it works.
