Three of these are available free online:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/physicsweb.org\/articles\/world\/19\/10\/2\/1\">Life at the high-energy frontier<\/a>, a sort of overview of the accelerator and the people involved.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/physicsweb.org\/articles\/world\/19\/10\/3\/1\">Expedition to inner space<\/a>, a discussion of what they hope to discover at the LHC.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/physicsweb.org\/articles\/world\/19\/10\/8\/1\">How the US sees the LHC<\/a>, which is obvious.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;m particularly interested in one of the articles that isn&#8217;t free online, though: <a href=\"http:\/\/physicsweb.org\/articles\/world\/19\/10\/7\/1\">&#8220;Beyond the Higgs&#8221;<\/a> discussing what would happen if the LHC fails to find the Higgs boson. My interest stems from the fact that the author emailed me a few questions based on an old blog post. I doubt very much that I&#8217;m quoted, or anything like that, but I&#8217;m very interested to hear what the article has to say.<\/p>\n<p>If anyone has access to the full text, and can let me know what it says, I&#8217;d appreciate it.
