Why? Three reasons:<\/p>\n<p>1) They do good and important, if not always glamorous work, supporting the teaching of evolution in public schools, both in the classroom and in the courts.<\/p>\n<p>2) <a href=\"http:\/\/scienceblogs.com\/tfk\/\">Josh Rosenau<\/a> has a really good blog, one of the best on science-and-politics issues, and his day job is with NCSE.<\/p>\n<p>3) Jerry Coyne is a jackass, whose latest bit of jackassery involves <a href=\"http:\/\/whyevolutionistrue.wordpress.com\/2011\/04\/23\/a-bright-spot-at-the-chronicle-and-an-open-letter\/\">sending an open letter to NCSE<\/a> complaining that Josh (among others) was mean to him on the Internet. Because, apparently, he&#8217;s twelve.<\/p>\n<p>So, there you go: it&#8217;s an organization that does good work, employs good people, and pisses off the N&uuml; Atheists.
