I finally got around to putting a few months&#8217; worth of new science-y blogs into the sidebar, though, so you might want to check them out, if you don&#8217;t already read them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/angryphysics.blogspot.com\/\">Angry Physics<\/a> &#8220;Presenting the &#8220;other&#8221; side of academic physics, where people backstab and give lousy talks. Where people are sometimes lazy or incompetent, and the best don&#8217;t get the credit or the job. From the perspective of someone lucky enough to have landed a tenure-track professorship.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/backreaction.blogspot.com\/\">Backreaction<\/a> A blog by a recently married high-energy theorist, who posted a <a href=\"http:\/\/backreaction.blogspot.com\/2006\/05\/nonlocality.html\">nice article about nonlocality<\/a> a while back that I meant to say something about.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/bento-box.org\/\">bento-box<\/a> A moderately eclectic chemistry blogger.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.twistedphysics.typepad.com\/\">Cocktail Party Physics<\/a> Science writer Jennifer Ouellette, who includes occasional mixed-drink recipes.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stevens.edu\/csw\/cgi-bin\/blogs\/scientific_curmudgeon\/index.php\">The Scientific Curmudgeon<\/a> Science writer John &#8220;End of Science&#8221; Horgan, via the Center for Science Writing at the Stevens Institute of Technology.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.tenderbutton.com\/\">Dylan Stiles<\/a> A chemistry grad student, who likes to cook shit up like bacon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There&#8217;s a definite physics\/ chem bias here, I realize, but then, if you want life science blogging, you&#8217;ve got twenty-odd ScienceBlogs to choose from&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.donorschoose.org\/challenge.php?id=146\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/scienceblogs.com\/principles\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/467\/files\/2012\/04\/i-bc34b702798f01b10409f7481ac9dc21-link_donorschoose_small.gif\" alt=\"i-bc34b702798f01b10409f7481ac9dc21-link_donorschoose_small.gif\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m a very, very lazy blogger, and I&#8217;m particularly bad about updating my sidebar links.
