A major weakness of this was that it&#8217;s sort of difficult to remember what the acronym stands for (every time I try to figure it out, I come up one &#8220;R&#8221; short&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;ve fixed this problem by relaunching as the more intuitive <a href=\"http:\/\/researchblogging.org\/\">researchblogging.org<\/a>, with a spiffy new aggregator and a nice home page collecting the most recent articles in different categories. Dave <a href=\"http:\/\/scienceblogs.com\/cognitivedaily\/2008\/01\/introducing_researchbloggingor.php\">explains the basics<\/a> on Cognitive Daily, whose &#8220;Peer Reviewed Research&#8221; icon kicked the whole thing off.<\/p>\n<p>Now they have a new problem, namely the total lack of physics or astronomy papers&#8211; it&#8217;s just wall-to-wall philately.
